Schools
Sisters School District is comprised of three school buildings, with the option for middle and high school students to take attend Sisters Education Options.

Sisters School District is nestled at the base of the Three Sisters mountain peaks.  With stunning views and ample outdoor opportunities – classroom work is never dull.

Pulling from a community of just over 10,000 people, all three schools boast small class sizes, dedicated teachers and administrators and a supportive community.

Students can often be found studying biology in nearby Whychus Creek and Camp Polk Meadow Preserve, launching their own weather balloons, obtaining a pilot’s license at Sisters Eagle Airport, and taking part in reenactments of medical traumas in health classes with the local paramedics.

Chinese is taught at all three schools and students have opportunities to travel to China on an semi-annual basis.  Both the I.E.E. and Ecos classes get students out and into the wilderness for hands on learning in social studies, environmental science, physical education and language arts.  Students have the opportunity to build their own guitars, write and record music and sing along with nationally known recording artists through the Americana Program.

Does this sound like a great place?  We think so…and we think you’d fit right in.
